Founding GTM
We're hiring our first GTM person at BlindPay. This is a founding role: you'll empower how we go to market, not inherit a playbook.
You're a technical operator, likely an ex-engineer, who'd rather build the machine than work the queue. You're comfortable wiring tools together, automating the boring parts, and letting the data decide.
Outbound sales
- Build target lists. Connect the tools that source and enrich them.
- Automate prospecting. Build cadences, write email templates, run follow-ups.
- Systematize the funnel. Build a machine, not a to-do list.
Inbound sales
- Qualify inbound fast. Route every lead; never let one go cold.
- Run paid ads. Manage the budget and optimize for ROI.
- Drive UGC and influencer marketing. Build top-of-funnel demand.
- Close the loop. Tie marketing to revenue and feed what converts back into outbound.
SEO / AEO
- Optimize the website. Rank in search and in AI answers.
- Publish content. Blog posts, customer stories, quality backlinks.
- Own GTM tags and the CDP. Instrument everything we ship.
Business development
- Work the right events. Find the ones worth attending and build a plan for each.
- Own the budget. Optimize for ROI.
- Run partnerships. Startup programs and co-marketing, more inbound than we can handle today.
- Technical. You've shipped software or can read and write code.
- Data-driven. Decisions follow numbers, not vibes.
- Low ego. You'll do the unglamorous work to make the system run.
- Builder. Launch fast, fail fast, iterate.
- Proven funnel. Our mid and bottom of funnel converts. A big share of customers who come to us sign an agreement.
- Fast-growing. We're a startup growing over 30% MoM.
