May's product updates: compliance review goes fully programmatic, every sensitive action is traceable, and Brazilian payouts gain a high-value rail.
Compliance review is now fully programmatic. You no longer need to email supporting documents when a receiver requires additional information. Once you create a receiver, we will notify you by email and webhook whenever a Request for Information (RFI) is opened, and your team can respond directly through the API.
This eliminates manual handoffs, shortens KYC/KYB turnaround times, and keeps the entire review trail inside your own systems. Read the RFI documentation to get started.
Every sensitive action performed by members of your organization is now recorded in a dedicated audit trail, accessible under Settings → Audit logs. Each entry captures the actor, the affected resource, IP address, and a UTC timestamp, providing the traceability that internal and external auditors expect.
Audit Logs are part of our ongoing security commitment and are designed to support SOC 2, ISO 27001, and customer-led audit workflows. Read more in the Audit Logs changelog.
BlindPay now supports TED (Transferência Eletrônica Disponível) as a payout rail in Brazil, complementing our existing PIX coverage. TED is the preferred rail for high-value, business-to-business transactions and enables you to settle larger volumes with the same instance configuration you already use today.
TED is available as a selectable bank account type and as a payin method. Review the Payouts documentation and the Bank Accounts reference for setup details.
