BlindPay maintains its European headquarters in Rotterdam, operating through a dual-entity structure comprising a B.V. (Besloten Vennootschap) for commercial operations and a Stichting (Foundation) to ensure proper segregation of user funds. The company is actively pursuing authorization under the comprehensive EU MiCA regulatory framework to serve clients across the European Economic Area.

Brazil

In Brazil, BlindPay operates through a dedicated holding and operating company structure. The operating entity, BLIND PAY SOCIEDADE PRESTADORA DE SERVIÇOS DE ATIVOS VIRTUAIS LTDA. (formerly BLIND PAY LTDA), functions as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP). The company is presently completing the regulatory adaptation process required of Virtual Asset Service Provider Companies (SPSAV) under Central Bank of Brazil Resolution No. 520/2025, and remains fully authorized to operate subject to the transitional regime set forth in Article 88 of that Resolution.

Mexico

To serve the Mexican market, BlindPay leverages established partnerships with licensed IFPE institutions. This allows us to provide compliant, reliable, and rapid payment and settlement services within Mexico's strict fintech regulatory environment (Ley Fintech).

Argentina

In Argentina, our operations are conducted in collaboration with licensed Payment Service Providers (PSPs) regulated by the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA), ensuring full compliance with local capital controls and foreign exchange regulations.
