Virtual Business Account

If you request a virtual business account for a receiver, the account is submitted to the bank for final approval once our compliance review is complete.

If the bank requests additional documentation during the review, the 3-business-day SLA resets from the date the new documents are submitted.

Limit Increase Review

If you request a limit increase for a receiver, our compliance team will review the submission and any supporting documentation provided.

Payment Processing

ACH (U.S. Domestic)

BlindPay offers two ACH processing options: standard ACH and Same-Day ACH for expedited transfers.

Cut-Off Times

Requests submitted after daily cut-off times will be processed the next business day.

Business days exclude:

  • Weekends
  • U.S. Federal holidays
  • Applicable international banking holidays

Compliance & Security Reviews

For your protection and to meet regulatory obligations, certain transactions may be temporarily delayed for compliance review.

Common triggers include:

  • First-time withdrawals
  • Large transaction sizes
  • Unusual velocity changes
  • Sanctions screening
  • Suspicious activity alerts

Our team works to complete reviews as quickly as possible while keeping the platform safe.

Failed Or Refunded Transactions

A transaction may be refunded if:

  • Beneficiary details are incorrect
  • The receiving bank rejects the payment
  • The receiving account is closed or restricted
  • Compliance requirements are not met

For stablecoin transactions, refunds are processed immediately. For fiat transactions, refunded funds will be credited back to your BlindPay account once received from the banking network. Fees may apply if fiat funds are refunded.
